refund policy
It is our sincere desire that you experience complete satisfaction with your floridianbrand.com shopping experience. We have done our best to match your purchase with your need. Depending on the type of product, please don’t be surprised if it takes a few days for your body to become accustomed to its use!
Floridianbrand.com is not responsible for any agreement, verbal or written unless such agreement appears on this order, and then only after this order has been approved and accepted shall this document be binding.
RETURN:
- All returns must be initiated by floridianbrand.com.
- All items must be shipped in their original packaging. If the product is not received in the original packaging, additional fees may be incurred.
- Once a return is processed and accepted by the manufacturer or floridianbrand.com, a credit will be issued.
- Refunds will be issued only to the card used for payment.
- All products must be returned in as-new condition with no detectable damage. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees. This includes shipping charges originally included in the purchase price of the product. (White glove delivery is a service and therefore is not refundable.)
- The customer will be responsible for any damages to the product and this amount will be determined by the manufacturer or floridianbrand.com.
- If a product is refused upon delivery, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
- Products sold as Open Box are sold “as is” and all sales are final.
- Products purchased via financing are not eligible for a return.
RETURNS PROCESS:
- The customer must initiate their claim within 14 days of the product delivery by completing our “Contact Us” form or by calling customer service at 813-647-1729.
- Once approved for the return, the customer will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and RMA number.
- Products must be packed for return in the original box with original packaging material.
- The customer has 7 days from the issuance of the RMA to return the product.
- Credit will be issued upon inspection of the returned product. Incomplete product returns will receive partial credit at the discretion of floridianbrand.com and the manufacturer. Most chairs are not assessed a restocking fee, however, floridianbrand.com reserves the right to charge a fee ranging from 0-30% depending on the make and model of the chair.
Need us to pick up your return?
- Returns within 14 days: Returns within 14 days after delivery are accepted, but will incur a 20% restocking fee and round-trip shipping fee, and must include all original packages.  For “discontinued model,” returns cannot be accepted. However, we do offer repair or an exchange for another product. Please complete our “contact us” form or call 813-647-1729 to notify us of your intent.
- Returns after 14 days: Cannot be accepted. “I authorize floridianbrand.com to charge my credit card for the amount above.” Please note, shipments are scheduled in advance, in coordination with our warehouses.
CANCELLATIONS:
Most chairs ship the next day. If you choose to cancel your order after your massage chair has shipped, you will be liable for any shipping charges plus a 3% credit card processing fee.
EXCHANGES:
Similar to our return policy, customers have 14 days to exchange their product for another product. The customer is responsible for shipping fees and white glove delivery fees. If a product is defective, we will exchange it for the same product with no additional costs. Once an exchange has taken place on a non-defective product, it cannot be returned.
DAMAGES:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please take photos, email them to us, and we will process a claim with the manufacturer on your behalf.
EXCEPTIONS AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
- Certain types of items cannot be returned,
- Personal care items that come into contact with the bare skin, are not returnable for hygiene reasons. This generally includes the following items: pillows, linens, bed wedges, mattress toppers, mattress and pillow protectors, hot and cold packs, and braces.
- Standard orders on large products are returnable if they are ordered in black, grey, or brown colors.
- Custom orders of any product are not returnable.
- Model closeouts, discontinued items, and floor models are not returnable.
- Delivery charges are not refundable unless the product was defective or damaged when received by the client. If the defective or damaged product must be picked up for return, return delivery charges for the pick-up will not apply.
- For Massage Lounger, return shipping fees consistent with our manufacturer’s policy will be deducted from your refund.
- Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
CUSTOMER CONSENTS TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Customers should prominently display RA # on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.
- The customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to floridianmassagechair.com.
- The customer agrees to use only reputable carriers (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx) capable of providing tracking numbers and proof of delivery.
- The customer is responsible for shipping charges back to floridianmassagechair.com.
- The customer should ensure that all returned products are 100% complete, in a re-saleable condition, and will include original packaging material, manuals, and other accessories provided by floridianmassagechair.com.
- If any component of the returned product is missing, floridianmassagechair.com’s Return Procedure will be breached and floridianmassagechair.com will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges (i.e. a 0-30% restocking fee depending on the make and model of the product) against the customer for replacement of the missing component.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
RETURNS:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
